Tomorrow, we are going out for the day with the family and having a picnic lunch. My lady wife, will make the sandwiches while my daughter does the pizzas.
Being on a low-carb diet, I decided to plan ahead, making a low-carb almond bread and a low-carb pizza. It’s my first attempt at this type of pizza. The base is made with cauliflower, mozzarella, parmesan, oregano, and ground garlic. Oh, and an egg. TIt looks scrummy.
