A couple of years ago, we bought a sofa from DFS; however, it has a couple of issues that need sorting out. I am so glad we paid the extra to have some protection applied and to ensure it.
So what are the issues with our DFS Sofa?
- The seat I sit on has dipped, this shouldn’t happen.
- Although we had a stain protector applied, it has a stain.
- Frustratingly, although bought in Waterlooville, some 13 miles from us, we need to contact the Farnborough branch some 30 plus miles away!
I’m sure there is something else, anyhow, that said I was pleased with the service we have received to date. Let’s hope that when we come to sort out these issues, my thoughts about the company don’t change.
