Journal Entries from 2019
The Journal is not a diary; it is more of a traditional blog section. These two posts survived the cut, as they are things I want to remember.
Notes
The notes are often snippets of information that are either reminders or hints. Though I have removed all the previous notes, I have left this section in place to keep the look and feel of the site.
Thoughts
I have left one thought from 2019 in place because I need to test something in the future. I have many thoughts and few will make it onto the site. Mainly because of time.
Things to Remember
The old version of this website sat for three years on the 4th of September 2019. The first anniversary of the death of my auntie Doreen. Every time I visited the site, it was a sad but important reminder. I have added the first four days of September into this section to fill it with something.
My grandfather, on my father’s side, Victor Herbert Walston Stainer, was born on this day in 1905.
I married my current wife, OK, my one and only wife, on the 2nd of September 1989 at The Church of Saint Mary Magdalen, Sheet, Petersfield.
My father, Frank John Frederick Stainer, died on this day in 2007.
My aunt, Doreen Louise Mary Ford (nee Stainer), died on this day in 2018. Doreen was my father’s sister.
Events
Although I only ever created drafts, a couple of events that were going to be listed on the old website were the baptism of my first granddaughter and my daughter’s wedding. These will not be forgotten as I intend to create remembering posts for them.
Tasks
Migrated Tasks:
This section shows unfinished tasks from previous months. It is empty because I am starting again with the tasks section, although I have noticed one or two were never completed. I will re-add them accordingly.
New Tasks:
These are some of the tasks from the old website.
Completed Tasks:
Listed are a couple of completed tasks from the old version of this website.
Discarded Tasks:
These tasks have been discarded for whatever reason.
